Gyoza / Potstickers

Gyoza (餃子, gyōza) are dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables and wrapped in a thin dough. Also known as potstickers (when steamed on one side, pan-fried on the other), gyoza originated in China (where they are called jiaozi). Gyoza are typically served with the crispy bottom side up when pan fried.

Shui Jiao / Boiled Dumplings

Boiled dumplings are also the most important dish for celebrating Chinese (Lunar) New Year in northern China. The dumpling is shaped like an ingot (the kind used as ancient Chinese money).

Fillings currently include “Chicken and cabbage”, and our vegetarian filling option. We source our chicken meat and cabbage from local suppliers. Our unique spice blends are a mix of fresh (local) and dry spices.

Dumplings cook in 8-10 mins by a variety of cooking styles including pan frying (our favourite), steaming, boiling and deep frying.

All meat/seafood fillings are uncooked (for the best quality and flavour) and our dumplings must be kept frozen at all times. When ready to cook, take straight from the freezer to the pan, no need to thaw them out, in fact they cook better this way.


Chicken Pimento Meatballs

These chicken pimento meatballs go great with spaghetti and pasta sauce, with mashed potatoes, or served as a quick and healthy apetizer skewered with roasted veges. meal prep with roasted veggies.

Our “Chicken Pimento” meatballs are made from local chicken and local pimento peppers. They are also Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Egg Free. Pre-Cooked and frozen there are an easy addition to a pasta dish or a meatball sandwich.

Our meatballs come pre-cooked for the best texture and flavour. Simmer for 8-10 mins in a pasta sauce or microwave in a sealed lunch container for 2 mins with 1tsp water.

Meatballs must be kept frozen at all times. When ready to cook, take straight from the freezer to the pan, no need to thaw them out before, they will defrost in the pasta sauce.

This meatball product is gluten free – we use rice as a healthy starch substitute for breadcrumbs, and allows for the same moist tasty meatball experience. We also use no eggs or dairy making this an ideal product for persons with dietary sensitivities.


10 Spice Chilli OIl

Slow infused oil with aromatics and crushed red chillies, this red oil is everything you need to transform your dumplings, soups, or any dish. With careful attention to authentic and traditional Sichuan methods, we prepare this sauce to order in small batches to ensure quality is of the highest measure.

Our “Ten Spice Chilli Oil” is an in-house blend of traditional Asian spices and fresh seasonings. Keep refrigerated and consume within 4 months.

This product uses a Soybean Oil base, and does not contain any gluten, peanut or added MSG.
